Andrzej Dudek - Senior Board Advisor

Our Senior Advisor to the Board, Andrzej Włodzimierz Dudek, is a highly experienced executive, entrepreneur, investor and investment banker with over two decades of top international experience, robust track record and unique global network. Mr. Dudek has served as CEO and Co-Founder of  innovative medical and technology company,  Global Teleclinic & Assistance. He is also Vice President of the management Board of PlayWay, a prominent video game developer and publisher, global leader in simulator games, with more than 200 games on Global Steam Bestsellers’ List (#1 worldwide).

Mr. Dudek also served as Vice President and Head of CEE Investment Banking at Barclays Capital in London – he notably tripled the scale and revenues of Barclays Capital in the CEE region and in Poland. In addition, Mr. Dudek held various roles at leading global companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York, Credit Suisse First Boston (IBD Tech Group) in London and Morgan Stanley (M&A) in London. 

Mr. Dudek was also a Partner at the international investment fund Kerten Private Equity.

Mr. Dudek also served as Vice President of the Management Board and CFO of the Polish Energy Group, one of the largest energy groups in Central Europe and the biggest in Poland.

Mr. Dudek was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of several leading companies, including Polkomtel S.A., one of the three largest telecoms in Poland where he also served as Head of the Audit Committee, and Elektrownie Szczytowo-Pompowe S.A., where he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of Erato Energy (Tech Invest Group S.A.).

Mr. Dudek graduated from the University of Cambridge as well as The Jerome Fisher Dual Degree Program in Management & Technology at The Wharton School and The School of Engineering and Applied Science at The University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dudek holds three degrees with highest honors in mathematics, computer science and economics and speaks four languages fluently.
